Clause wording: The payment of occupational sick pay is dependent upon you complying with all the rules of the Employer's sick pay scheme including the rules concerning the notification of your absence to your supervisor by [time] on the first day of absence from work. Any day's leave which has not been notified to the Employer in line with the rules will be treated as unauthorised absence, and occupational sick pay will not be paid for that day.
