Letter wording: The Access to Medical Reports Act 1988 gives you the right to have access to any report about you which is to be, or has been, prepared by a medical practitioner who has responsibility for your clinical care, for example your own general practitioner, or a consultant or specialist whom you have been seeing.

You have the right to inspect or be supplied with a copy of the doctor's report before it is sent to the Company if you so indicate on the consent form.
