Clause wording: The Employer shall be entitled to vary the employee's principal place of work to any other place within the UK provided that, where the Employer changes the employee's principal place of work to one which is significantly further from the employee's home at the date of the change, the employee shall be entitled to move his or her home. In this case, the employee will be given such financial assistance in relation to the expenses of relocating as the Employer shall in its absolute discretion deem fair and reasonable in the circumstances - up to the qualifying limit in force at the time for such reimbursement pursuant to the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.
