Allen and others v GMB [2008] EWCA Civ 810 CA

The Court of Appeal has held that the GMB committed indirect sex discrimination in failing to pursue Middlesbrough Borough Council in connection with a long-running equal pay dispute.

A group of women sought advice from the GMB after they had discovered that employees doing work of equal value were getting paid more because they received bonuses.
