ACA Cadillac Tax Delayed Two Years: Various Documents Updated

The so-called Cadillac tax that was to go into effect in 2018 under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has been postponed to 2020 by the Omnibus Appropriations bill signed by President Obama in December. The Cadillac tax is a 40% excise tax on group health plans exceeding $10,200 per employee in aggregate costs for self-only coverage, and $27,500 per employee in aggregate costs for other than self-only coverage.
