Affirmative Action, Child Workers, Trade Unions and More: South Africa Country Guide Sections Updated

Several sections of the South Africa country guide have been updated to reflect the following developments:
- Equal Opportunities: Updated information on affirmative action enforcement and new thresholds for affirmative action rules;
- Recruitment and Selection: New restrictions on employing children;
- Industrial Relations: The Minister of Labour's new power to set a representation threshold for trade unions; and
- Pay and Benefits: The new prohibition against employers requiring an employee to make a payment in return for providing work and the new possibility of sectoral determinations that would include a minimum increase in wages.
