California Notice Requirements: New Quick Reference Chart Added

California has various laws that require an employer to provide written notices to new hires, current employees and terminated employees, which advise them of their rights and any employer obligations. In addition to determining which notices must be provided, an employer needs to be aware of when a notice must be provided and which formats are acceptable.

To help employers comply with these notice requirements, XpertHR has added a California Workplace Notices chart to the Quick Reference Tool. This chart contains information regarding state-specific notice requirements, including helpful links to the relevant notices in the Policies and Documents Tool.
