Colorado Enacts New Recordkeeping, Termination Pay Requirements: Employment Law Manual Updated

A new Colorado law, the Wage Protection Act of 2014, amends the Colorado Wage Act by imposing pay-related recordkeeping and termination-pay requirements with which employers must comply starting January 1, 2015.
The Payment of Wages: Colorado section of the Employment Law Manual has been updated accordingly, and a new entry has been added to the Legal Timetable.
