Connecticut Content Updated to Include Amended Personnel Files Act Requirements

The Future Developments subsections of the following Employment Law Manual sections have been updated to reflect amendments to Connecticut's longstanding Personnel Files Act:

• HR Strategy, Management and the Law > HR Management: Connecticut;
• Employee Management > Performance Appraisals: Connecticut;
• Employee Management > Employee Discipline: Connecticut; and
• Organizational Exit > Process of Termination: Connecticut.

The amendments take effect on October 1, 2013, as reflected in the Legal Timetable.
