Content Added to Reflect Medical Marijuana's Impact on Disability Laws

New content has been added to the Disabilities (ADA) sections of the Employment Law Manual to provide employers advice on how to handle the interaction between legalized marijuana and an employer's obligations under disability laws in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
