District of Columbia Adds Wage Disclosure Law: Handbook Statement Added

Under the District of Columbia Wage Transparency Act, District of Columbia employers may not require that employees refrain from inquiring about, disclosing, comparing or otherwise discussing their wages, absent limited exceptions.

In light of this law, a Discussion of Wages Handbook Statement: District of Columbia has been added to the Employee Handbook tool. The District of Columbia Supplement: Table of Contents has also been updated.
