Employee Leaves, E-Verify, Personnel Files and More: Handbook Statements Added

As a result of several legal developments effective January 1, 2017, the Employee Handbook tool has been updated with the following new statements:
- Supplemental Compensation for New Child Bonding Handbook Statement [35+ Employees]: San Francisco, California has been added to assist employers with 50 or more employees to comply with San Francisco's Paid Parental Leave Ordinance;
- Access to Personnel Files Handbook Statement: Colorado has been added to reflect a new law providing employees the right to access their personnel files at least annually;
- Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault or Stalking Victim Leave Handbook Statement [1-14 Employees]: Illinois has been added to assist employers with 14 or fewer employees to comply with the expansion of the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act providing at least four weeks of unpaid leave to all employees; and
- Employment Eligibility and Work Authorization Handbook Statement: Tennessee has been added to assist private employers with 50 or more employees to comply with the new E-Verify requirements.
