Employee Leaves, Workers' Safety and Collective Negotiations: France Country Guide Sections Updated

Several sections of the France country guide have been updated to reflect the following developments:
- Termination of Employment: Employee protection from dismissal during maternity leave and the four weeks following maternity leave;
- Employee Rights: Employees entitled to paid time off to attend antenatal and postnatal medical appointments, employee entitlement to parental leave following multiple births and entitlement to meeting with employer following paternity leave;
- Health and Safety: Evaluation of risks to workers' safety to include gender-based differences; and
- Industrial Relations: Collective negotiations to take into account the objective of gender equality and deal with pay.
