New York-specific content in the Employment Law Manual has been updated to reflect upcoming changes resulting from New York's new minimum wage orders, which take effect December 31.
The Minimum Wage: New York section now includes forthcoming changes to the credit for tipped employees, meals and lodging allowance and uniform allowance.
The Employee Classification: New York section now includes forthcoming changes to the minimum salary requirements for executive employees and administrative employees.
