Federal Sections Updated to Incorporate New Affirmative Action Obligations

The Recruiting and Hiring > Affirmative Action Planning and the Employee Management > Training and Development sections of the Employment Law Manual have been updated to reflect the newly-adopted hiring and recordkeeping requirements for federal contractors. The long-awaited rules modify compliance obligations under the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act.
