Illinois Content Updated to Reflect Laws Assisting Employment of Ex-Offenders

The Illinois Interviewing and Selecting Job Candidates, Employment Offer and Negligent Hiring sections of the Employment Law Manual have been updated to include a new law providing greater incentives to employers to hire qualified ex-offenders and another law that will keep a much larger number of criminal records sealed than was previously the case.
