Local Minimum Wage Rates: Chart Updated
Author: Michael Cardman, XpertHR Legal Editor
As new minimum wage ordinances take effect today in three localities - Berkeley, California; Montgomery County, Maryland; and Prince George's County, Maryland - XpertHR has updated its chart Minimum Wage Rates by State and Municipality to track the current minimum wage rates and upcoming changes for several major localities. It also links to XpertHR's Employment Law Manual, where further details can be found about employer coverage, employee exemptions and tip credit rules.
