Minimum Wage to Hold Steady Next Year in Albuquerque, New Mexico; San Jose, California; and Mountain View, California: Chart, Employment Law Manual Updated

Three municipalities with annual inflation-adjustment provisions recently announced that their minimum wage rates will not increase in 2016:
- Albuquerque, New Mexico;
- Mountain View, California; and
- San Jose, California.
As a result of this development, the Minimum Wage Rates by State and Municipality chart and the Minimum Wage: California and Minimum Wage: New Mexico sections of the Employment Law Manual have been updated.
