Minnesota UI Recordkeeping Law: Employment Law Manual Updated

The Minnesota unemployment insurance law has been amended to decrease the amount of time that an employer is required to keep employee records from eight years to four years, effective June 8, 2014. The Unemployment Insurance Tax (FUTA/SUTA): Minnesota section of the Employment Law Manual has been updated accordingly.
