Mississippi Restricts Union Activity: New Legal Timetable Added and Employment Law Manual Updated

Mississippi has passed three laws effective July 1, 2014, that further protect employers from certain union activities. As a result, an entry to the Legal Timetable has been added. In addition, a Strikes, Lockouts and Other "Economic Weapons: Mississippi section to the Employment Law Manual has been added and the Union Organization and Labor Relations: Mississippi and Public Sector Labor Relations: Mississippi sections have been updated.
