The Missouri EEO - Discrimination content has been updated to include the case of Farrow v. St. Francis Medical Center, 2013 Mo. LEXIS 249 (2013) in which the court held that a right-to-sue letter issued by the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (MCHR) concerning a former employee's sexual harassment and retaliation claim implicitly meant that the MCHR considered the charge timely even if the charge is filed more than 180 days after the alleged unlawful employment practice occurred.
