Missouri Content Updated With New Workers' Compensation Regulations

The Workers' Compensation: Missouri section of the Employment Law Manual has been updated with new regulations concerning occupational diseases, reinsurance by workers' compensation insurance carriers, reimbursement to medical providers and use of the Second Injury Fund to cover claims made by employees who were injured or became ill while working for an uninsured employer. The regulations went into effect on January 1, 2014.
