New Hampshire's governor has signed a bill that will repeal the state's subminimum wage for workers with disabilities, effective July 6, 2015. Employers will need to begin paying workers with disabilities the full minimum wage at that time.

As a result, the Minimum Wage: New Hampshire section of the Employment Law Manual has been updated, and a Legal Timetable entry has been added.
