New Hampshire recently passed a law, effective September 9, 2014, prohibiting employers from discriminating or retaliating against individuals who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and harassment.

Based on this development, the New Hampshire EEO - Discrimination, EEO - Retaliation, Performance Appraisals, Terms of Employment, Employee Discipline sections of the Employment Law Manual as well as the EEO Protected Classes by State and Municipality chart have been updated.
