New Jersey Notice Requirements: New Quick Reference Chart Added

New Jersey has various laws that require an employer to provide written notices to new hires, current employees and terminated employees, which advise them of their rights and any employer obligations. In addition to determining the applicability of each notice, an employer needs to be aware of the timing in which a notice must be provided and which formats are acceptable.
