New Municipal Workplace Posters Added

With January notice-posting deadlines approaching for employers, various municipalities have released workplace posters. The following posters have been added to the Policies and Documents Tool:
- City of Portland Protected Sick Time Poster, which must be posted effective January 1, 2014. Additional information regarding the paid sick leave provisions of the ordinance and additional notification requirements can be found in the Other Leaves: Oregon and New Hire Paperwork: Oregon sections of the Employment Law Manual, respectively.
- City of San Francisco Family Friendly Workplace Poster, which must be posted effective January 1, 2014. Relevant information for employers regarding the Family Friendly Workplace Ordinance can be found in Managing Employees in Special Situations, EEO - Discrimination: California and Other Leaves: California.
- Jersey City Earned Sick Time Poster, which must be posted effective January 24, 2014. Additional information regarding the Jersey City Earned Sick Time Ordinance can be found in Other Leaves: New Jersey and New Hire Paperwork: New Jersey.
