New Requirements Established for Job-Alteration Leave: Finland Country Guide Updated

There are new age limit and employment history requirements for job-alternation leave. Job-alternation leave is a statutory scheme whereby the employee takes a sabbatical and the employer temporarily recruits an unemployed person to fill the absent employee's position. As a result of the new requirements, the Employee Rights section of the Finland country guide has been updated.
