New Section Added on Maine Taxation of Employee Benefits

In light of a new Maine law permitting same-sex marriage as of December 29, 2012, XpertHR has added a new section to the Payroll chapter of the Employment Law Manual explaining the employment tax treatment of health insurance benefits provided to employees' same-sex spouses in Maine.
