New XpertHR Tool: 50-State Charts

Effective today, XpertHR has enhanced the visibility and accessibility of our 50-State Charts due to feedback on their value. Now, our dozens of 50-State Charts, which were formerly under the 50-State Surveys category within the Quick Reference tool, have moved to their own 50-State Charts tool accessible from our Tools menu under Federal, State and Local Compliance.

XpertHR's 50-State Charts help employers easily review and compare state and key municipal employment law requirements at-a-glance.

Our new 50-State Charts tool will help you:

• Check facts, rates and legal requirements on key topics quickly and easily in all states and select municipalities;
• Stay current with new developments on trending issues such as paid sick leave, "ban the box" and pregnancy accommodations;
• Easily view and customize charts via our download to Microsoft Excel feature; and
• Access links to deeper content on best practices and compliance requirements.

All your other favorite charts are still accessible within our Quick Reference tool, a go-to tool where you can quickly find key facts and figures about everything from workplace poster requirements to exit interviews, best practice dos and don'ts, laws that apply to your organization, examples of lawful and unlawful handbook language and more.
