OFCCP's Rules Changes Bring Big Implications for Contractors

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) made news recently with a pair of final rules that will place added affirmative action requirements on federal contractors and subcontractors. The changes include new hiring benchmarks, and represent a significant revision of covered employers' responsibilities regarding individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
