Onboarding and Orientation: New Survey Added

To establish a long lasting employment relationship with new hires, HR should not only ensure that the new hire has a positive start on his or her first day, but also should continue to nurture the employment relationship after orientation is over. To make certain that the new hires are productive, successful and motivated, HR should continue to onboard new employees over the first several months of employment.
One way to obtain feedback on the orientation and onboarding process is to provide new hires a survey approximately three months into their job to obtain their input. To assist employers in obtaining this feedback, XpertHR has added an Onboarding Survey Form to the Policies and Documents tool.
