Oregon's labor department on September 17 announced that the state's minimum wage rate will increase from $9.10 to $9.25 on January 1, 2015. Oregon law mandates that the minimum wage rate be adjusted annually for inflation, as measured by the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers during the 12 months preceding the previous August, rounded to the nearest five cents.

Two new entries have been added to the Legal Timetable for 2015 and 2016. In addition, the chart Minimum Wage Rates by State and Municipality and the Minimum Wage: Oregon section of the Employment Law Manual have been updated.
