OSHA's Electronic Reporting Final Rule: Hot Topic Added

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) final rule requiring certain employers to electronically submit injury and illness data to OSHA took effect in August 2016. Data submissions begin July 1, 2017, but the rule's anti-retaliation provisions will be enforced beginning November 1.
