Pennsylvania Criminalizes Offenses During Labor Disputes: Employment Law Manual Updated, Legal Timetable Entry Added

Pennsylvania has closed a loophole to make stalking, harassment and threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction a crime if it occurs during labor disputes. Under the current law, there is an exemption for a person involved in a labor dispute preventing him or her from being charged with a crime.

As a result of this development, the Employer Liability: Pennsylvania and Strikes, Lockouts and Other "Economic Weapons": Pennsylvania sections of the Employment Law Manual have been updated and a Legal Timetable entry has been added.
