Pittsburgh Paid Sick Leave Law Delayed: Employment Law Manual, Quick Reference Charts, Legal Timetable Updated

Pittsburgh has delayed implementation of its Paid Sick Days Act from January 11, 2016, to March 11, 2016.

In light of this change, the following Pennsylvania sections of the Employment Law Manual have been updated:

• Other Leaves;
• FMLA;
• Employee Discipline;
• Employee Communications; and
• New Hire Paperwork.

In addition, the Legal Timetable entry and the following Quick Reference charts have been updated:

• Paid Sick Leave by State and Municipality; and
• Leave Laws by State.
