Pregnancy Accommodation, E-Cigarettes and More: Handbook Statements Added and Amended

To ensure the most up-to-date coverage possible, the following state-specific content has been added to the Employee Handbooks tool:
- Discussion of Wages Handbook Statement: Connecticut;
- Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: North Dakota; and
- Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: Rhode Island.
The Tables of Contents for the Connecticut, North Dakota and Rhode Island handbooks have also been updated.
Additionally, existing state-specific policy statements have been updated:
- EEO Handbook Statement: Nebraska;
- EEO Handbook Statement: North Dakota;
- Vacation/Paid Time Off Handbook Statement: North Dakota; and
- Smoke-Free Workplace Handbook Statement: Oregon.
Employers with employees in these states should use these revised statements in their handbooks.
