Recreational Marijuana Use Legalized in Alaska, Oregon and DC: Chart, Employment Manual Updated

The Marijuana Laws by State chart has been updated to reflect the new voter-approved laws in Alaska, Oregon and the District of Columbia to legalize recreational marijuana use in small amounts for adults 21 and older. These jurisdictions join Colorado and Washington in having legalized such recreational usage. None of these laws will limit an employer's ability to maintain a drug-free workplace policy.
