San Diego Minimum Wage, Sick Leave Ordinance Repealed: Employment Law Manual Updated

The San Diego City Council on October 20 repealed its new minimum wage and paid sick leave ordinance.

Opponents of the ordinance gathered enough signatures for a petition that forced the council to repeal the ordinance and put it to a public vote during the next general election in San Diego, in June 2016.
