South Carolina Permits Hiring Preferences for Veterans: Employment Law Manual Updated

A new South Carolina law allows private employers to give a hiring preference to veterans and spouses of veterans with disabilities.

Based on this development, the Recruiting and Hiring: Recruiting: South Carolina section of the Employment Law Manual has been amended and a EEO-Affirmative Action: South Carolina section has been added.
