Wearable Technology Devices: Policy Added

In order to assist employers in maintaining and monitoring the use and presence of wearables devices in the workplace, XpertHR has added a Wearable Technology Device Policy. This document addresses safety issues, monitoring content as well as the application of other workplace policies to the Wearable Technology Devices Policy.
