Flowchart to Determine Applicability of NLRA to Non-Union Employee's Activity Added

XpertHR's innovative Liveflo Tool now includes a flowchart to assist an employer with determining whether a non-union employee's activity is protected under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).

This interactive flowchart provides employers with guidance on whether certain types of everyday workplace activity, e.g., social media communications, are protected under the NLRA. The flowchart also walks an employer through a step-by-step decision-making process, from determining whether the employee is covered under the NLRA to deciding whether the activity is considered concerted and protected.
