XpertHR Provides Guidance on "Pay or Play" Penalties

The employer shared responsibility requirements go into effect on January 1, 2014. Often called the "pay or play" mandate, these provisions require an employer to offer affordable, minimum level health coverage to full-time employees and their dependents or pay a penalty.
