Bone Marrow Donor Leave Handbook Statement: South Carolina
Employees who work for the Company an average of 20 or more hours per week will be granted a paid leave of absence if they seek to undergo a medical procedure to donate bone marrow. The length of the leave may not exceed a total of 40 work hours without company approval.
