Discussion of Wages Handbook Statement: Oregon
Employees are permitted to inquire about, discuss or disclose their own wages or the wages of another employee. The Company will not terminate, demote, suspend, or otherwise discriminate or retaliate against employees on the basis of such disclosures or because they file a complaint or charge or otherwise institute an investigation, proceeding or hearing based on the disclosure of wage information.
