Discussion of Wages Handbook Statement: Oregon
No employee is prohibited from inquiring about, discussing or disclosing his or her own wages or the wages of another employee. The Company will not terminate, demote, suspend, or otherwise discriminate or retaliate against any employee on the basis of such disclosure or because he or she files a complaint or charge or otherwise institutes an investigation, proceeding or hearing based on the disclosure of wage information.
