Employees who are the victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, or whose family or household member is a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, may take up to eight weeks of unpaid leave in any 12-month period if the employee or employee's family or household member is experiencing an incident of domestic or sexual violence or to address domestic or sexual violence by:
