Domestic Violence Victim Leave Handbook Statement: Colorado
Employees who are victims of domestic violence, including sexual abuse, stalking, sexual assault or any other crime including an act found by a court to be domestic violence, may take up to three working days of [insert paid or unpaid] leave time within a 12-month period.
