Military Leave Handbook Statement: Missouri
In addition to the military leave rights set forth in the National Handbook, employees who are members of the military forces of Missouri, the National Guard of Missouri or of any other state, or any reserve component of the Armed Forces of the United States and are ordered to active state duty by the governor are entitled reemployment under the same conditions as provided by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
