The Company provides eligible employees with paid sick and safe leave in accordance with the requirements of the San Francisco Paid Sick Leave Ordinance (PSLO).
The guidelines set forth in this policy do not supersede applicable federal, state or local law regarding leaves of absence, including leave taken under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and/or as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA) or any other applicable federal, state or local law, including those prohibiting discrimination and harassment.
