Paid Sick Leave Handbook Statement [Accrual Method]: Chicago, Illinois

The Company provides eligible employees with sick leave pursuant to the Chicago Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave Ordinance (the Ordinance). The guidelines in this policy do not supersede federal, state or local laws regarding leaves of absence, including but not limited to leave taken under the Family and Medical Leave Act (Fed-FMLA), Illinois Employee Sick Leave Act, leave taken as a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA), or any other applicable federal, state or local law, including those prohibiting discrimination and harassment.
