Pregnancy Disability Leave/Request for Temporary Transfer Handbook Statement: Connecticut
The Company will grant a reasonable leave of absence to female employees who are disabled due to pregnancy in accordance with all applicable laws. If an employee is eligible for leave under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (Fed-FMLA) or the Connecticut Family and Medical Leave Act (CFMLA), the Fed-FMLA and/or CFMLA leave and pregnancy disability leave will run concurrently.
